I can’t express how much it means to me that you are flying all the way to Turkey to celebrate my 40th birthday.

Your presence is the greatest gift I could ask for, and I am beyond excited to create unforgettable memories with each of you in this beautiful country.

How do I arrange transportation from Antalya airport to the hotel and back?

Our event planner – Weddantalya, has recommended an airport transfer company. We’ve been told that the drivers speak English. You will be greeted with a sign with your name written on it at the Antalya airport exit.

What’s the dress code for the events?

Outdoor Activity – Rafting (27th Aug): Comfortable outdoor wear is key! We’ll be providing matching T-shirts for everyone, so please wear something comfortable that pairs well with the T-shirt. Don’t forget your water shoes, sunscreen and a hat!
Karaoke Night (27th Aug): Casual and fun! Wear something comfortable that you can sing and dance in.
Birthday Party (28th Aug): The theme is “Coming to America,” so feel free to get creative with your attire! Think cultural chic, inspired by the movie.
Spa Day (29th Aug): Comfortable, casual, and swimwear for the spa.

Do I need to RSVP for each event?

Yes, please RSVP for the events you plan to attend by Monday, 19th August. This helps us with planning and making sure everything runs smoothly. You can RSVP by whatsapp or filling out the sign up form. CLICK HERE

Can I attend more than one event?

How do I pay the entry fee for the Karaoke Night?

The entry fee of £25pp for the Karaoke Night on the 27th of August can be paid via bank transfer or PayPal (details will be provided directly). Please ensure payment is made by 21st August to secure your spot.

Are there any age restrictions for the events?

Yes, please see below:
– The Karaoke Night: is an adults-only event, so no kids are allowed.
– Outdoor activity: 12yrs and over
– Spa Day: is an adults-only event, so no kids are allowed.
– The Birthday Party: family-friendly, kids entertainment will be provided

What should I bring for the Outdoor Activity?

For the Outdoor Activities on the 27th of August, bring comfortable clothing suitable for physical activities, sturdy shoes, water shoes, sunscreen, and a water bottle. Don’t forget to wear your matching T-shirt!

What’s included in the Spa Day?

The Spa Day will include access to:
– Swimming Pool
– Turkish Bath
– Sauna
– Steam Bath
– Spa Mud Bath & Pool
– 20mins foam massage & peeling
– 20mins relax full body oily massage
– Free water & tea

You can request additional treatments at an extra charge.

What time should I arrive for the Birthday Party?

The celebrant has organised a bus transfer which will depart from Titanic Deluxe at 6:00 PM. Please arrive on time so we can leave together and get the party started!

Transfers to the party venue are very expensive so we strongly recommend catching the 6pm bus from Titanic deluxe.
